1. Introduction & Scope

  • The VIBE Lighting website is for promotional use only, supporting our authorised Resellers in selling VIBE-branded products.
  • This is not an e-commerce platform. VIBE does not sell or deliver products directly.
  • All purchasing, payment, fulfilment, and warranty claims are managed by authorised Resellers.

2. Definitions

  • Website: www.vibelighting.com.au or any affiliated domain.
  • Purchaser / You: Buyer or end-user of Goods via a Reseller.
  • Reseller: An authorised third party selling VIBE-branded products.
  • Goods: Lighting or electrical products under the VIBE brand.
  • Australian Consumer Law: Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
  • Warranty: Guarantee provided by a Reseller or original manufacturer.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

  • VIBE provides product information and images for reference only.
  • We do not manufacture, sell, or deliver products.
  • VIBE is not liable for:
    • Product misuse or incorrect installation
    • Inaccurate information from Resellers
    • Delivery delays, faults, or damages
  • Always verify product specifications and compliance before purchase.

4. Orders & Pricing

  • Purchases are subject to each Reseller’s Terms & Conditions.
  • VIBE does not issue quotations or confirm orders.
  • Contact a Reseller directly for pricing and availability.

5. Warranty & Returns

  • Warranties mentioned are provided by VIBE Lighting.
  • All returns/refunds must be directed to the Reseller where the product was purchased.

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom-made, assembled, or cut-to-size Goods
  • Made-to-order indent Goods once a Purchase Order is issued
  • Manufactured-to-order items unless proven defective or not per specifications

To be eligible for warranty:

  • Goods must be installed per instructions
  • Products used within rated specifications
  • Goods returned in original packaging and saleable condition

VIBE is not responsible for products used outside intended scope or installed incorrectly.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All VIBE intellectual property remains our property.
  • Use of IP without written permission is prohibited.
  • Purchasing goods does not transfer IP rights.
  • Purchasers must not:
    • Infringe IP via design instructions
  • Control gear/dimmers must be compatible
    • Share technical documents (considered confidential)

7. Website Content Accuracy

  • Product data is published in good faith but may change without notice.
  • Specifications, images, and dimensions are approximate.
  • VIBE is not liable for minor discrepancies unless otherwise agreed.

8. Privacy

  • VIBE does not collect customer payment or personal data.
  • Data is collected solely by Resellers, in line with their Privacy Policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, VIBE and its affiliates are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential loss
  • Website errors or omissions
  • Product faults or delivery issues via Resellers

The website is provided “as is”, without warranties.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VIBE, its officers, employees, and agents against claims arising from:

  • Your use or reliance on this website
  • Improper use or installation of products
  • Failure to follow Reseller instructions or terms

11. Severability

If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the rest will remain valid and in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
All disputes must be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
